At ARSENALMERCH, we want every fan to wear the red and white with pride — and confidence. If your purchase isn’t what you expected, our Returns & Warranty policy makes it easy to get the right fit, the right item, or your money back.

🏠 Returns Policy

We accept returns for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must include original tags and packaging.
  • Customized products (e.g. player names, personal numbers) are non-returnable, unless faulty.
  • Clearance and limited-edition products may not be eligible for return.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at returns@arsenalmerch.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the product back using a tracked courier service.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚙️ Exchange Policy

If you’d like a different size or style, simply request an exchange instead of a refund. Once your returned item is received and approved, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost within the UK.

🛠 Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of every Arsenal product we sell.
All merchandise comes with a 60-day limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g. stitching, zippers, or printing issues)
  • Incorrect or missing items in your order

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from wear and tear, washing errors, or customization
  • Fading or cracking due to improper care
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

⚡ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund — no hassle, no delay.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, processing time may vary.
